What it does
CallSource combines call tracking, human-assisted lead scoring, appointment measurement and opportunity alerts. Its wider offer includes performance coaching, digital attribution and reputation management for appointment-based businesses.
CallSource's tracking numbers identify which advertising sources generated calls. LeadScore uses human analysts to distinguish prospects from other callers, while Appointment Confirmation reports booking rates by employee, advertising source and overall. DealSaver alerts flag missed appointment opportunities for follow-up.
Collection starts with publishing a distinct tracking number on each advertising source you want to measure. The resulting calls can be reviewed as recordings and compared with their prospect and appointment classifications. For a home-services company, this can show which advertisements generated service enquiries and which calls resulted in bookings.
Call-tracking packages use monthly contracts. An account executive quotes the package according to the number of phone numbers, anticipated monthly minutes and optional features. Pre-purchased minutes can be changed from month to month. Access includes a company account with an administrative username and password; the site links to its EveryLead reporting login.
