What it does
Canditech creates job simulations and candidate assessments using written answers, spreadsheets, code, database queries and video. Hiring teams can customize content, review submitted work and connect results to applicant tracking systems according to their plan.
In Assessments, choose Create Assessment, enter the role and save. Select question set from library, preview a section, then Add questions. Add section repeats the process; edit the questions and timing to match the work. The AI builder can suggest a structure from a job description, but review its recommendations before using them.
For a task that permits AI assistance, Enterprise users can enable Embedded ChatGPT in Advanced Features before sending invitations. Candidates are told that prompts and responses will be recorded. Review them under Candidate Search Insights alongside the final answer. This can suit a marketing exercise where revising a draft is part of the job.
Open a candidate card to review scores, timing and submitted work. Interview Mode hides scores and internal comments when sharing the assessment with a candidate. Retake Assessment creates a replacement link, which you must send yourself; it does not automatically email the candidate.
Annual-volume plans
Subscriptions depend on candidates assessed each year; the public example uses 100 candidates and yearly billing.

A trial starts without card details. Administrators invite colleagues and assign viewing, editing and candidate-access permissions.
