What it does

Capium provides cloud bookkeeping, accounts production, tax and practice tools for UK accounting firms. Opening or trial balances can be imported from a template or CSV file, then used in accounts preparation. Suite subscriptions are sized by client count and include unlimited user licences.

An accounting firm can use Capium for the path from client bookkeeping to statutory accounts. Accounts Production accepts opening or trial balances from a prepared template or CSV file. It provides report preparation, integrated iXBRL tagging and direct submission routes with status information. The related practice tools organize tasks, deadlines and client documents.

The monthly accounting suites are priced by client capacity:

Suite Client allowance Price before VAT
Small Up to 100 GBP 140 per month
Medium Up to 300 GBP 280 per month
Large Up to 500 GBP 420 per month
Enterprise Larger practices Custom quote

The suites include unlimited user licences, storage, e-signatures and SMS, plus onboarding and support. They exclude Capium 365, MTD for Income Tax, Company Secretarial, Charity Accounts and Time and Fees. Individual modules are another purchasing route, so a firm does not need to compare only whole suites.

The seven-day trial form requests company and contact details and creates a password-protected account. Use a representative client file to compare importing balances, preparing reports and following a submission before choosing the package.
