What it does
CashManager Cloud provides browser-based bookkeeping for small businesses in New Zealand and Australia. It includes reconciliation and financial reports, with separate modules for invoicing, budgets and GST work. Automatic bank feeds currently cover supported New Zealand banks; Australian feeds are listed as coming soon.
Bank coverage is the first practical check for CashManager Cloud. EziFeed brings in daily transactions from supported New Zealand banks, including ANZ, ASB, BNZ, Westpac and Kiwibank. You then assign and reconcile the entries. Australian automatic bank feeds are still marked as coming soon.
For a business-owned subscription, the published New Zealand base price is NZD 20 per entity per month including GST. It covers reconciliation, supplier payments, financial reports and phone support. Optional monthly modules add NZD 5 for GST, NZD 12 for customer invoicing, NZD 20 for supplier invoicing and NZD 5 for budgets, also including GST. Accounting firms have a separate subscription route for client files.
Use the pricing calculator to select available modules before starting the 30-day trial. No credit card is required, and billing begins only when you choose to continue. Add-ons can be changed in account settings. Quotes, purchase orders, stock management and job/project tracking are marked as planned, so do not choose the service on the assumption that those modules are available today.
