What it does
Cass Art sells paints, drawing materials, surfaces, brushes and studio equipment. Its catalogue includes named artist-material brands and its own Cass Art collection.
Cass Art's medium-first routes are useful for assembling a coherent materials list. Watercolour, oil and acrylic have separate entrances, followed by surfaces, brushes, easels and sketchbooks. The brand routes offer another way in for someone replacing a familiar Liquitex, Winsor & Newton, Faber-Castell or Posca material. Begin with the practice rather than the promotion: a watercolour shopping list needs a different paper and brush route from an oil-painting list. The shop also has fine-writing and craft sections, so the art-material focus extends beyond paint tubes.
Cass Art lists UK delivery options and international delivery to Ireland, with the service depending on location. Its FAQ gives 14 days for eligible returns or exchanges using the buyer’s chosen carrier; accepted refunds exclude the original delivery charge. A delivery address cannot be amended after ordering, so contact support promptly if it needs correcting.
