Castamatic

Import RSS or OPML subscriptions, including private feeds, and use publisher transcripts when supplied. For downloaded episodes, Castamatic can generate a transcript locally through Apple Intelligence, then let you search or tap a sentence to seek. Generated chapters assist navigation; check them against the conversation.

The core player is free, while an optional subscription unlocks unlimited sideloads. Sync uses the listener's iCloud rather than a Castamatic account. The Watch app acts as a remote for the phone app, and advanced local processing depends on compatible Apple hardware/software; do not assume every Apple listening device performs the same work.
