Keep a record or ask about a transaction

Select the account tile on Home, then use Transactions or Details. Search the history or apply filters before downloading it. Check-image icons open the front and back of a paid cheque. For a question tied to one entry, open the three dots beside its amount and choose Ask A Question.

Bill Pay schedules payments to US businesses and individuals. Internal transfers and eligible external US account transfers are also available.

Online wires

Choose Wire Transfers in online banking or the app. You can save recipient and payment details as templates, review wire history in Activity Center and receive a Fedwire confirmation number. Additional authentication applies.

Online domestic wires cost $15 each, with a $25,000 transaction maximum and two wires per customer per day. International online wires are denominated in US dollars.

Checking and access

Everyday Checking opens with $25. Its $3 monthly maintenance fee is waived with eStatements or qualifying direct deposits totaling at least $100 per statement cycle.

Digital Personal Checking opens with $100 and costs $10 monthly unless you maintain a $1,000 minimum daily balance or receive at least $100 in qualifying direct deposits per statement cycle. Its first order of basic checks is included.

The online account-opening route serves residents of California, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Texas and Washington. Choose your state, then Open Now and the option for a new customer, existing customer or saved application.
