What it does

Centra is a cloud commerce platform for fashion and lifestyle brands selling direct to consumers and wholesale. Its headless approach combines product information, market-specific presentation, order operations, and warehouse stock.

Centra's stock screen follows a fashion range by variant, size, and warehouse. In Stock, use Filter warehouses before interpreting totals. Expand a variant with Open to see each warehouse, then edit a quantity and use Save on that row or Save all. Orders and History sit in the row's Tools menu. When a warehouse's Stock master is External, its quantities are read-only here; make the change in the system that owns the stock.

Product information can also be localized across markets. Displays allow the same product to appear differently across channels or categories, while GraphQL and flat-file imports connect the catalog to other systems. Plan the storefront and those connections as part of the headless implementation.

An administrator creates active user profiles with unique email addresses and sets their page permissions. Commercial terms depend on the Order Form, including fixed and variable licence fees. Ask for support, integration charges, and usage allowances to be specified alongside the main fee.

Strengths

  • Stock can be inspected by variant size and selected warehouse
  • Localized product data and Displays support different market presentations

Watch out for

  • Headless storefront and integration work must be planned as part of implementation
  • Stock controlled by an external system cannot be edited in Centra's stock view

Best for

  • Fashion and lifestyle brands coordinating localized DTC and wholesale commerce
