What it does
Calculated Fields Form creates interactive WordPress calculators, estimates and forms. Its free Basic edition supports calculations and submissions, while paid editions add uploads, exports, data connections and more payment options.
Install the plugin through your WordPress administrator account. Add quantity and unit-price inputs, then a calculated field. If those inputs are fieldname1 and fieldname2, the equation fieldname1*fieldname2 multiplies them. PREC(fieldname1*fieldname2,2) formats the result to two decimal places. This is an example calculation to adapt and check with your own values.
Publish the saved form using its shortcode or a supported page-builder block. Visitor labels do not replace the field identifiers used in equations.
