What it does

ChangeNOW exchanges a selected crypto pair and sends the result to a receiving wallet. Ordinary eligible swaps can run without an account, but identity checks are mandatory in several regions and may be requested elsewhere. Costs are included in the quote, with different conditions for fixed and floating rates.

ChangeNOW’s exchange flow starts with a currency pair and destination, then assigns a deposit address and tracks the swap on an order page. The receiving address gets the converted asset; the one-time deposit address accepts the asset being sent. Matching the coin and network at both ends matters.

Choose the pair and amount, inspect the expected receipt and estimated time, and enter the destination. After sending to the generated address, the order progresses through deposit, confirmation and exchange stages. Done or Completed indicates the exchange has finished. Network delays or a review can extend that process.

What the quote includes

ChangeNOW includes its exchange charge and output network cost in the displayed rate. The sending wallet’s own network charge is separate. A floating quote can change while the transfer is processed. A fixed quote requires the exact amount within its payment window; a wrong amount or late payment can change the outcome. Deposit addresses are not reusable.

Regional access and checks

Users must be at least 18. Current terms require identity checks for residents of the EU, US, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Australia and Canada. Other transactions can also trigger identity or funding-origin checks.

The general service excludes the UK and India, as well as specified Russian and sanctioned access. US use is directed to an account route under the Pro terms rather than an anonymous exchange. Registration there requires email verification. The region and verification rules apply even where an exchange form can be opened.

Strengths

  • The order page follows a swap from deposit to delivery
  • Fixed and floating quotes serve different payment requirements
  • The expected output includes the exchange-side charges

Watch out for

  • Fixed quotes depend on the amount and payment deadline
  • Identity checks can delay an exchange
  • Country restrictions apply despite the public exchange form

Best for

  • Eligible crypto holders following a single wallet-to-wallet conversion through its status page
