What it does

Channel Pilot Pro helps retailers prepare product data for advertising channels and marketplaces. It can reshape feeds, identify missing attributes and send selected updates through its Product API, alongside broader feed imports.

Product data rarely reaches every destination in the same shape. Channel Pilot Pro lets a retailer adapt feeds for different channel requirements and inspect data problems before sending the catalog onward. It also supports marketplace connections and local inventory advertising; the commercial package depends on the channels and processes involved.

When frequent updates matter

The Product API, a connection for another system to send data, can push stock or price changes alongside a full feed. Select Product API as the import source, choose the unique article identifier, proceed and save all changes. That identifier can be a SKU field under another name.

Shop settings supply the API merchant ID and token. The integration obtains a bearer token valid for one hour; each feed needs a separate request. Agree who will maintain this developer integration. Existing customers receive API access without an additional API charge.
