What it does
Chaser connects accounting records with payment reminders and receivables tracking for finance teams. You can group customers, choose reminder timing around invoice due dates, and insert invoice details and payment links into emails. Access starts with a 14-day trial; ongoing plans depend on business revenue and required features.
Set the tone and timing of reminders
Connect accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks, then edit the email templates to match your business. Merge fields add customer names, invoice details and payment links. Reminders can run before, on or after the due date, with different schedules for different customer groups.
Chaser's setup sequence is to create a trial account, connect the accounting system, set reminder schedules, then monitor email and payment activity. The 14-day trial needs a name and email address, without a credit card.
