What it does
ChatFast lets you build AI agents that answer customer questions from your website, help center, PDFs, and files. Agents can collect contact details and form fields in chat, then send an email, call an API, or notify a webhook. When a person is needed, AI replies stop and the conversation goes to your inbox with the transcript. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
The site describes four steps: connect knowledge sources, test answers in a playground, install one snippet to go live, and review conversations in Insights. Agents answer only from connected sources and say so when an answer is not there. Documents and conversations are not used to train or fine-tune foundation models.
