What it does

Chatling lets you build conversational AI agents and flow-based chatbots without code. Agents are trained on custom data such as websites, documents and knowledge bases. You can deploy them on a website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and Messenger, and hand conversations to a human when needed. The platform includes a visual chatbot builder, live chat, analytics and multilingual support.

The documentation describes two products: AI Agents that plan and act based on context and instructions, and AI Chatbots built with a visual flow builder for guided menus, FAQs and forms. A free plan is available with no credit card required.
