What it does

ChatNode is a platform for building AI agents that answer customer questions and complete tasks. You train an agent on your website, documents or knowledge bases, set a brand voice and policies, and embed it on your site or connect it to tools such as Slack, Notion and Zendesk. Agents can make custom API calls, handle bookings and billing, capture leads, and hand off conversations to human agents with context. A 7-day free trial is available without a credit card.

The site lists a no-code setup, a visual agent designer, auto-retrain for knowledge updates, analytics on satisfaction and popular topics, and live agent handoff. Integrations include WordPress, Slack, Notion, Zendesk, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, Zapier and Make. Documentation covers deployment, training, actions and customization.
