What it does
Chris Loves Julia publishes room-design ideas, before-and-after projects, house tours and renovation journals. Its site connects design posts with mood boards, room sources and named product collaborations.
Chris Loves Julia's renovation journal is a useful route into the decisions behind a finished room. Before-and-after posts and house tours show the wider setting, while mood boards and room sources help identify a visual direction. Practical design discussions include combining rugs in connected rooms and planning a child's bedroom with the child involved. Begin with a room-use problem or a project similar to the intended space. Product collaborations and shopping edits are separate commercial routes, so the design account can be read before deciding whether any of its sourced pieces belong in the plan.
