What it does
CIDR Report publishes routing-table summaries, prefix aggregation analysis, weekly changes and possible bogon announcements.
Start with the report date and table history, then open an AS’s aggregation details or compare the rolling seven-day changes. CIDR Report proposes aggregation where AS paths match precisely, while also allowing aggregation across unadvertised holes. That makes each proposal a policy review item rather than a configuration to apply blindly. Its possible-bogon section lists advertisements without matching allocation data. The report explicitly warns that daily snapshots can show large fluctuations from connectivity problems. Use these published control-plane observations alongside registry records and the operator’s own policy, without treating a snapshot as a complete traffic-path measurement.
