What it does
Cin7 connects inventory, purchasing and sales channels. Its Core sales workflow separates quotes, invoices, picking, packing and shipping.
In Cin7 Core, picking reserves the goods; completing shipment records the stock decrease. Inspect both stages when an allocated item appears to be missing from available stock.
A simple sale has one invoice and fulfillment. Advanced sales support separate shipments and invoices within one sale, but converting a simple sale to advanced cannot be undone. Service-only sales skip physical fulfillment. If stock is short, an order can be split, backordered or linked to a purchase order.

The 14-day trial starts through a form that sends an activation link by email. Each colleague needs a separate user and private credentials; roles determine what they can do.
