What it does
CinePacks offers free and paid video-effect packs, including film textures, mattes, transitions and screen effects. Files can be imported into an existing editing timeline without installing a plugin.
The free Film Matte FX sample contains six assets, including a film-border PNG, split-screen elements and an animated transition. The full Film Matte FX pack adds 4K scanned-film treatments in PNG and MOV formats, including transparent animated transitions.
Add a pack to the cart and complete checkout to receive its download link by email. Extract the ZIP, import the files as footage and place an effect above the shot. Some effects use Screen or Add blending; the Paper and Money FX instructions for Sony Vegas instead call for a green-screen key. Large packs can be downloaded in separate files.
Both free and paid effects can be used in commercial videos. The reusable files cannot be shared, resold or redistributed.
