What it does
Claritysoft combines customer management, sales opportunities, activities and service work. Leads can become contacts with their notes and interaction history intact. Core and Complete use per-user annual subscriptions, while marketing has separate pricing.
Keep a Claritysoft inquiry as a lead while the team qualifies it. Once ready, convert it to a contact with its notes intact so the sales discussion remains available to the next person. Tasks, appointments and reminders support follow-up across that customer lifecycle.
When a proposed sale needs a formal quote, use the product, service and template tools to prepare it, then track revisions and responses. Complete CRM adds quotations and price books to Core's contact and pipeline tools. It also adds projects for the delivery stage, with plans and action items generated from the project type. This matters for a business that needs the agreed sale and its onboarding work in the same system.
Capacity and access
Both editions are per-user subscriptions billed annually. Core holds up to 7,500 contacts; Complete raises that to 100,000. Marketing is separately priced. Schedule a demo to compare the lead-to-quotation process, then use Login for an existing Claritysoft account.
