Click Boarding

A new starter's paperwork and the employer's preparations can have different deadlines. In Click Boarding, open Employee List and choose Create Employee, enter the person's details, then select a location and one of its available process flows. Set the Employee Due Date for their activities and Due Date for the whole process, including administrative work. Assign the recruiter, hiring manager or coordinator before selecting Create.

To follow up, open the employee's profile, select Process Flows and View Progress. The tracker distinguishes completed, active, untouched and administrator-attention steps. Open a step to download completed forms, finish an administrative form or reset a form that needs correction. Tasks can be reassigned here, but must be completed elsewhere.

This is useful when a new hire has finished their documents but an internal handover remains open. Keep the responsible team and its deadline visible rather than treating employee completion as the end of onboarding.

Access uses your employer's Click Boarding environment. Employee invitation links last 45 days; team-member invitations last five days, while password-reset links expire after 24 hours. Ask the administrator for a fresh invitation when necessary. Discuss the required transitions and system connections with Click Boarding to establish the commercial terms.
