What it does

ClickShip is Freightcom's shipping platform for Canadian businesses handling parcels and pallets. Its free Standard account connects orders with documents, tracking and fulfillment. Accounts are required, and optional tools, purchased labels and address validation have separate charges.

Enter product weights and dimensions and save the packaging you use. Smart Packaging then prepares box choices for each order. In the optimizer, try a mixed cart before using those settings on the storefront: two products together may need a different box from either one alone.

Shipping Rules pair conditions with actions. For example, an order-value condition can add a signature, while a configured SKU combination can select saved packaging. Basic rules are included; advanced options expand the available conditions and cross-channel use.

Optional tool Monthly price

Advanced Shipping Rules CAD 29.99

The Standard account has no startup or monthly subscription fee. Labels and address validation are paid separately; adding a card involves a refundable verification fee. Parcel and pallet advanced-rule add-ons are separate.

Create an account, add your shipping address and connect a store, import a CSV or create an order manually. Review packaging and compare carrier services before preparing the shipment.

  • Rules connect order details to saved shipping preferences

Watch out for
