What it does
Clicky reports website visitors and their actions, with trend comparisons and configurable data collection. Paid capabilities extend filtering and investigation, while higher plans add heatmaps and uptime monitoring.
Clicky connects aggregate website trends with individual visitor actions. It is useful when a traffic change raises a more specific question, such as whether visitors from a campaign reached the intended pages. Paid plans add more detailed filtering, segmentation and investigation tools.
| Plan | Websites | Combined daily pageview allowance |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | 3,000 |
| Pro | 10 | 30,000 |
| Pro Plus | 10 | 30,000, with heatmaps and uptime monitoring |
| Pro Platinum | 30 | 100,000, with heatmaps and uptime monitoring |
An account is required, using email and password or Google sign-in. New accounts receive a 21-day trial with expanded features and allowances before choosing the appropriate access level. The ongoing Free plan remains available within its limits.
Features such as advanced filtering, paths and custom reports need the appropriate paid tier.
The API can return reporting data in formats including JSON and CSV, using the site's ID and key. Its limits differ from the web dashboard: some visitor, action and segmented requests are restricted to 31-day ranges even on paid plans. That matters when building a recurring export for another reporting system.

- The documented API supports external reporting access.
Watch out for
