myclimate separates flight, car, household and event calculations. In the Swiss German flight form, choose origin, destination and optional stopover, one-way or return travel, traveller count and cabin class; an optional aircraft choice refines each leg. Its linked method estimates kg of CO2e per passenger or group, treating connecting legs separately and adding a 95 km distance correction. It interpolates between short- and long-haul models over 1,500–2,500 km and accounts for passenger load, cargo allocation and cabin space. The published method uses a multiplier of 3 for non-CO2 aviation effects on its stated 30-year climate horizon, plus fuel supply, aircraft and airport infrastructure. This scope differs from a combustion-CO2-only calculator. A climate contribution is a separate payment decision.
