What it does
CoinKeeper tracks personal spending through account and category records. Its free app works without a profile; paid Platinum adds bank imports, labels and synchronization, while Platinum PLUS provides a family budget for up to five people with separate personal and shared accounts.
CoinKeeper’s family workflow keeps personal accounts apart from shared ones. Transaction comments provide context when a category alone does not explain a cost. Family access belongs to Platinum PLUS; an individual can start with the free app without creating a profile.
Plans shown on the Russian website
| Plan | Price in RUB | Main limits and additions |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | Up to 10 expense categories and one income source; local records |
| Platinum | 399 monthly, 1,490 yearly or 2,990 once | Bank imports, sync, unlimited categories, labels, goals, recurring-payment reminders and web access |
| Platinum PLUS | 599 monthly, 2,490 yearly or 14,990 once | Platinum features plus family access for up to five, multiple profiles |
The supported bank examples focus on Russian institutions. Android also offers transaction entry from bank text messages. Bank and statement-import options depend on the platform and app version.
To enter a purchase, tap Expense (Расход) or the bottom + button. Choose the paying account and expense category, then enter the amount, date and an optional comment. Finish with Done (Готово). Paid labels can identify a project or trip across categories. Open the entry in transaction history to correct it or delete it.
For free setup, choose Start (Начать) and then Continue with limitations (Продолжить с ограничениями) at the subscription screen. Local use has no server synchronization, so reinstalling the app or changing phones can lose those records. A purchased subscription can be linked from Settings using the login details sent to the purchase email.
