What it does

Composer is a trading platform where you build algorithms with an AI-assisted editor, backtest them, and execute trades with automatic rebalancing. It offers pre-built strategies, a no-code visual editor, and retirement accounts. It is aimed at individual investors who want automated strategies without coding.

Composer lets you build trading algorithms with an AI-assisted editor, backtest them, and then execute trades on one platform. You can explain your goals in natural language and the editor creates a strategy for you. Every strategy is fully editable, so you can swap assets, adjust logic, and tweak parameters in a no-code visual editor. The platform executes your strategy and rebalances automatically. You can discover pre-built strategies across categories like Long Term, Technology Focus, and Diversification, and you can invest in strategies shared by the community. Composer is the brokerage, and accounts are carried by Alpaca Securities and Apex Clearing. Starter costs $0 and includes automated trading for your first strategy. Advanced costs $10 per month and Pro is billed yearly at $32 per month. Full API access is included in the Pro plan. Investing involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
