Its property-related catalogue includes real estate, appraisal and home inspection routes, with state or national choices where relevant. Choose the correct route first and use vocabulary study to explain an unfamiliar term before taking another test. The simulation can then serve a different purpose from reviewing individual concepts. Purchased access lasts 180 days. The Readiness Indicator follows vocabulary, practice and simulation progress; extensions of thirty, sixty or ninety days can be bought through the account.
