What it does

Condens organizes recordings, notes and feedback in a shared research repository. It combines transcription, tags, qualitative analysis, clips and stakeholder sharing, with findings linked to the original material. Paid plans follow a 15-day no-card trial, with advanced search and privacy controls on higher tiers.

Import video, audio, notes, images or text through uploads and integrations, then highlight and tag relevant passages. Time-stamped transcripts retain the recording context. A split-screen view lets you work with raw material beside findings, while the Whiteboard groups highlights into affinity maps, journey maps or other research outputs.

Choose the sharing model

Plan Starting price Included access
Lite €15/month or €165/year 1 contributor, unlimited projects and transcription, public links to individual findings
Business €500/month, paid as €6,000/year 5 contributors, unlimited viewers and 3 stakeholder repositories
Enterprise Custom At least 5 contributors, unlimited stakeholder repositories and advanced controls

Business adds AI search, broader integrations and basic anonymization. Enterprise includes the API, advanced redaction, granular permissions and custom retention policies. Some automatic redaction features are still marked as coming soon. Extra contributor seats cost separately.

Select Try 15 days for free to create a workspace without a card. After the trial, it becomes read-only unless payment details are added. A separate programme provides free access for eligible educational use. Shared results can be viewed without a Condens account, and all project data can be downloaded in a readable format.

Strengths

  • Findings stay linked to original recordings and notes
  • Split-screen analysis and a Whiteboard support different working styles

Watch out for

  • Business is billed annually and includes five contributor seats
  • Advanced redaction and the API require Enterprise
  • Some automated redaction functions are still marked as coming soon
