What it does
Connecteam combines employee scheduling, time records, communication and HR tools. Its Job Scheduler distinguishes one-way shift offers from two-way swaps. A continuing Small Business plan covers up to ten users, counting active and archived people together.
In Job Scheduler > Settings > General, set offer and swap approvals independently, then save. Once the receiving employee accepts, requests needing review appear beneath the shift and in Requests. Open one to compare hours before and after; red flags mark configured weekly limits. Approve or decline and save the decision.
The mobile schedule's Issues view helps find outstanding replacements. The original employee remains assigned until the handoff is fully accepted.
Pick plans by hub
Operations handles schedules and time; Communications handles team messages; HR & Skills handles training and employee administration. Paid hubs are purchased separately. These base prices include 30 users per hub and are in USD.

Extra-user rates differ by hub and tier. A free Limited plan supports up to 30 users after evaluation. The free Small Business plan is separate: it permits up to ten active and archived users combined, one time clock and one job schedule.
