What it does
Pobuca Connect organizes contacts and their companies in a shared business address book. Imports distinguish personal, team and company visibility, while access roles control editing. A continuing Free plan covers shared contact lists, with annual Pro and Enterprise subscriptions for further controls and integrations.
Import selected mobile contacts as private, assigned to a team or public. Pobuca Connect checks which entries already exist and which are new or incomplete. Gmail and Outlook imports offer another route for an existing address book.
Visibility and editing rights are separate choices. Contributor can edit owned contacts; Reviewer is read-only. An administrator can revoke a departing colleague's access and assign their contacts to someone else.
Plan boundaries
| Plan | Selected scope |
|---|---|
| Free | Shared contact lists, linked organizations, signature capture, reminders and imports |
| Pro | Team-based access, exports, tags, custom fields and duplicate merging |
| Enterprise | Access roles, integrations, shared notes and email-activity tracking |
Sign Up Free creates the continuing free account. Pro and Enterprise have fifteen-day trials and annual billing. Cancelling a subscription prevents the next renewal, and the account can return to the free version. For a handover or another system, Pro's export produces Excel or CSV contact lists.
