What it does
Elementary maths lessons, quizzes, games and virtual manipulatives.
Use the lessons and quizzes to identify the calculation to practise, then move to a related game. CoolMath4Kids separates addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, and includes ten frames, base-ten blocks and number lines. Those visual tools are useful when a child needs to explain a method rather than only enter an answer. Brain teasers provide a separate route into reasoning; they do not need to follow the arithmetic sequence.
