What it does
Narvar connects delivery estimates, tracking, notifications and returns for retailers. Shield is its current returns-and-exchange offering. Retail teams use Narvar Hub to manage their products, with commercial scope and fees agreed in a service order.
Narvar can vary return policies and fees by customer profile, order, category, SKU or reason. Returned goods can be routed to a warehouse, store or distribution center, and consolidation combines returns into bulk shipments. Return-status messages keep customers informed while those goods move.
For example, repeated sizing returns can be examined alongside product information before a retailer changes its size guidance. Return analytics can also help investigate inaccurate descriptions or manufacturing problems.

Commercial access
Contact Narvar for the service scope and price. The service order defines fees, payment terms and any implementation work. Standard terms renew the order for an equal period unless either party gives at least 30 days' written notice before expiry; a different arrangement in the service order takes precedence.
