What it does

CoSchedule organizes social publishing around a calendar. It includes reusable sharing plans, ReQueue for selected evergreen content, a social inbox and reports, with wider marketing coordination available through its suite. A limited Free calendar is available, while paid plans expand scheduling and collaboration.

CoSchedule's ReQueue keeps selected evergreen posts in circulation. An organization could use it for advice that stays relevant while scheduling dated event announcements separately. Reusable sharing plans give each new article or campaign its own promotion sequence, and moving a campaign's launch date can move its schedule with it.

Plan Monthly subscription, USD Included social profiles Team access
Starter 39 3 1 user
Professional 59 5 2 users
Suite Tailored quote Agreed with sales Agreed with sales

Annual billing reduces Starter and Professional to USD 29 and USD 49 per month respectively. X profiles are billed separately. Free holds up to 15 scheduled posts at a time and excludes ReQueue. Professional can add a third user; Starter remains a single-user plan.

Starter's inbox covers Facebook and Instagram. Professional extends it to more networks and adds saved replies, internal discussion and social-message approvals. Instagram publishing requires a Business or Creator account.

Register with email and password or Google, Facebook or Apple. When attaching a social login to an existing account, use the same email address to avoid opening a separate empty account.

Starter and Professional have 14-day trials that require a card and charge automatically afterward. To continue on Free, cancel before the trial ends, reduce profiles, users and calendars to its limits, then have the Owner select Switch to Free when the trial finishes. The switch removes ReQueue but retains connected integrations.

Strengths

  • ReQueue and reusable sharing plans distinguish evergreen content from new campaigns

Watch out for

  • X publishing is a paid add-on
  • Instagram publishing requires a Business or Creator account
  • Starter is limited to a single user

Best for

  • Content teams maintaining evergreen and campaign-based social schedules
