What it does
Count combines a collaborative analytics canvas with database connections, file uploads and AI-assisted research. Teams can examine charts, queries and the assumptions behind an answer in the same workspace. Free access supports a small shared project, while paid plans expand connections, collaboration and administration.
A Count canvas can combine warehouse tables, uploaded files and context from business tools. Drag a file onto the canvas or connect a data source, then ask the agent a question. The resulting charts and tables expose their SQL or Python for inspection. Teammates can share the canvas, leave comments and continue the analysis; the agent can also turn findings into a report or deck.
Count's Reasoning Chains lay out the sources, assumptions and methodological steps supporting an answer. They are a reconstruction of an argument, rather than the model's internal thought process. For a customer survey, that makes it possible to examine whether a conclusion depends on treating the respondents as representative of every customer.
| Plan | Workspace scope | Data connections | Other limits or additions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 project, 3 canvases, up to 5 users | 1 database or AI-tool connection | Daily AI allowance; 2 automations |
| Pro | Unlimited projects and canvases; paid editing roles | 3 | Shared instructions for the agent; Slack; optional AI top-ups |
| Enterprise | Unlimited editors | Unlimited | Administration controls, governed metrics and REST API |
The free plan requires no card. Pro is a monthly per-editor subscription; viewing roles are free. Its advertised unlimited AI credits have a fair-use allowance and optional top-ups.
