Diplomat MFT is Coviant Software's managed transfer family, with scheduled jobs, file monitoring, transfer notifications and configurable endpoint connections.
Diplomat MFT can start a recurring exchange on a schedule or when files arrive, select them by date or pattern, and rename or process them before delivery. Temporary filenames and retry/error handling help coordinate the receiving process; source files can move into organized subfolders instead of being deleted. Notifications and job records support follow-up. Edition selection matters: cloud connectors are add-ons or included according to tier, and browser-side PGP is unavailable on Standard, optional on Professional and included with Enterprise. Confirm licensed workflow capacity before purchase, since the Standard page gives inconsistent counts. The product is sold through monthly or annual editions with a trial.
