What it does
Profile Builder adds registration, login and profile-editing forms to WordPress. Paid editions include conditional questions, while larger licences add multiple forms and user listings.
In the modern field editor, open Conditional Logic, enable it and choose Show or Hide. Select All or Any matching rules, then set each field, operator and value. Numeric comparisons require numeric fields.
Keep referenced fields inside the current form. Otherwise, the condition cannot trigger and the editor warns about the missing field. Conditions affect frontend forms only; hidden required fields also skip their required check.
Editions and yearly prices
| Edition | EUR per year | Sites | Main scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | WordPress installation | Core registration, login and profile forms |
| Basic | 99 | 1 | Custom fields, email customization, conditional and multistep forms |
| Pro | 169 | 3 | Basic plus user listings, multiple forms, redirects and repeaters |
| Agency | 299 | Unlimited | Pro features across client sites |
Paid licences renew automatically each year and can be canceled. A 15-day refund period applies. Install the main plugin and your paid extension through WordPress; the setup wizard can create pages, but you still need to configure custom fields.
