What it does
Criteria provides pre-employment assessments, asynchronous and live video interviewing, and post-hire development tools. Teams can purchase assessments, interviews or the combined hiring suite, with additional AI and development capabilities offered separately.
Choose the hiring stage that needs structure. Criteria can supply assessments, video interviews or both; the packages have different purposes.

Develop adds post-hire development tools to any package. Quotes depend on headcount and selected scope; the terms also allow extra charges when usage exceeds the purchased level.
Within the platform, compare candidates' scores, establish a baseline from existing employees and send completion reminders. For teams using Workable, designated pipeline stages can trigger assessment packages. Results return to candidate profiles with score breakdowns and report links, and updated packages sync for later job configuration.
The free trial is for evaluating a purchase. Criteria's terms limit it to the agreed period and no more than twenty tests, and expressly prohibit using it for job applicants. Employer access uses accounts; organizations with OneLogin enabled can create and authenticate users through their company directory.
