What it does
Crypto.com Exchange provides order-book trading and configurable order controls. Its Best Bid Offer setting can take a limit price from the book, while product access and available instruments depend on jurisdiction.
Crypto.com Exchange is the trading platform with order books and advanced order entry. An existing Crypto.com App user still follows the Exchange registration route, using the same email and phone for verification. New users verify email and phone, create login credentials and complete identity verification. Full Exchange access requires a valid identity document and photo.
Spot trading has its own restricted-location list, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Russia, Malta and several other markets. Other instruments can have different restrictions, so an approved account does not establish access to every derivative or feature. Check the rules for the product you intend to use.
The Best Bid Offer setting, labelled BBO, fills in a limit price from an order-book reference. For a buy order, Counterparty 1 uses the lowest asking price, while Queue 1 uses the highest existing bid. The corresponding 5 options use the fifth price level on the opposite or same side. That choice changes the starting price; it does not create a continuously moving order.
On the trading page, select the pair, switch the order panel to Limit Order and select BBO beside the price field. Queue 1 is the default. Change the reference if needed, enter the quantity and review the resulting price before submitting. If only part of the order fills, the rest stays at that original price. It will not automatically follow the next available level.
The public standard spot schedule lists 0.25% maker and 0.50% taker fees below US$10,000 of 30-day volume, before applicable discounts for balances of the platform token CRO. An order that rests on the book may qualify as maker activity; one that immediately trades against existing orders is taker activity. A BBO reference does not itself guarantee the lower fee. The account's tier and applicable schedule determine the charge. Cryptocurrency prices remain volatile, and an unfilled limit order may need cancellation or replacement as the market changes.
