What it does
Cubux tracks personal income, expenses, transfers and planned operations across web and mobile clients. Its free plan covers individual budgeting; Premium adds joint accounting, debt records and Excel exports. An account is required.
A holiday grocery purchase belongs to both groceries and the holiday. Cubux projects collect that purpose across selected transactions, leaving the ordinary category structure intact.
Begin by registering with your name, email address and password. Accounts, categories and transactions are unlimited on the free plan, which also includes budget plans, goals and reports. Scheduled operations can create repeated entries automatically.
Premium costs $1.99 a month or $21.99 a year. The site also advertises a $10.99 annual offer during the first 30 days after registration. When sharing household records, Premium lets you hide an account from other members or give them view-only access.
Strengths
- A shopping list can be sent through a messaging app.
- Transactions can include receipt photos and comments.
