What it does

Culqi provides Peruvian merchants with website checkout, shared payment links and point-of-sale terminals. Sales and deposits can be followed through CulqiPanel and the mobile app. Joining the online or link service has no affiliation or maintenance charge, but each collection incurs processing fees.

For a remote order, sign into CulqiPanel, open Mis links de cobro and select Crear Link. Add a title, amount and the payment methods offered to the customer, then share the address. The panel can filter subsequent sales by period, product, method and status, making it possible to find the payment behind a particular order.

Online and link charges

The published schedule lists 3.44% for domestic cards and Yape, and 3.99% for international cards, plus US$0.20 per online transaction. Cuotéalo BCP and PagoEfectivo are listed at 3.99%. Rates are subject to merchant assessment and volume. Culqi describes these commissions as outside IGV, Peru's general sales tax.

The online/link calculator gives a two-business-day deposit schedule. Separate same-day offers apply to selected banks and sales before 4 p.m., with a stated 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. deposit window. Weekend and holiday same-day availability is limited to the qualifying BCP arrangement. Confirm the bank and product conditions during affiliation.

Culqi's contract covers businesses and individuals carrying out commercial activity with a Peruvian tax or identity document: RUC, DNI or a foreign-resident card. The receiving bank account must belong to that merchant. Choose the collection currency during affiliation; the contract provides for soles or US dollars.
