CuServly is a support chatbot that you train on your own content. Setup has three steps: set the name, colors and logo, add website URLs or data files, then embed the bot as a widget, iFrame or window. The knowledgebase view shows what the bot has learned as question and answer pairs, and you can add, edit or delete those units. Analytics show the top five most asked questions and the frequency of all questions. Plans differ by number of chatbots, web pages, data files and file size limits. Human assistance is only on the Professional plan. The homepage currently says services are temporarily unavailable for maintenance, so check availability before signing up. File size caps are low on the Basic plan.
