What it does

Numerics is a native business-dashboard app for Mac, iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch. Integrations, KPI templates and custom-data connections bring measures from existing business tools into configurable widgets.

Numerics brings business measures into native Apple dashboards. It works on Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV and Vision Pro; there is no Windows, Android or browser version.

Create a dashboard with +, give it a name and save it. Use the dashboard's + button to choose an integrated service and a widget template. Connect the service account, select the relevant view or project, then save the widget. Its expanded view lets you change the account, source object or time range and request a refresh. Refresh frequency also depends on the connected service.

Edition Main allowance
Lite Free indefinitely; 3 widgets and all integrations
Pro Paid subscription with unlimited widgets; 7-day trial
Team Pro features with consolidated billing; pricing card includes 5 users
Enterprise Custom integrations, branding and deployment

Numerics connects directly from the device to source services. Credentials stay in the device keychain; optional iCloud synchronization shares dashboards across your devices. Data-source logins or API keys are still needed for connected metrics. Custom JSON and CSV connections cover data outside the standard integrations.

Strengths

  • Offers native dashboard and widget presentation across Apple devices.
  • Supports standard integrations and custom business data.

Watch out for

  • Lite is limited to three widgets.
  • The app is available only on supported Apple devices.

Best for

  • Apple-device users keeping a small set of connected business KPIs visible
