Dashlane's current Omnix offering connects employee vaults and credential sharing with browser signals about weak or compromised logins. It is relevant when an organization's single sign-on system leaves external-service accounts unmanaged. Role-based sharing controls the selected records, while browser-risk information helps administrators decide which accounts need attention. AI Advisor is labeled beta.
For members using a master password, professional-plan admin recovery must be enabled before access is lost and acknowledged by the member. The member must still belong to the plan. This route does not apply to SSO accounts, and an administrator cannot approve their own recovery request. Include administrator coverage in the rollout rather than assuming every employee can always reset a vault through support.
