What it does

Databox connects business data to dashboards, goals and an AI analyst. Shared metric definitions and business context help colleagues ask questions about the same measures. The Free plan supports one user and three connected data sources, with daily updates.

Databox brings shared metric definitions into dashboards, goals and its AI analyst, Genie. Teams can give a measure a common meaning and business context before asking questions about it, rather than having each report use a different calculation.

Plan Starting price Users / data sources Monthly AI credits
Free Free 1 / 3 50
Analyst USD 71 per month, billed annually 1 / 5 150
Team Core USD 199 per month, billed annually 3 / 10 500
Team Scale USD 319 per month, billed annually 10 / 30 1,000

Free includes one dashboard and one report, up to 10 custom metrics and daily data synchronization. Analyst adds hourly updates, API access for custom integrations and more reporting capacity.

A source means one connected account or property. Three Google Analytics properties therefore use all three Free source slots, even though they belong to the same service. AI credits are shared at organization level and reset each month.
