What it does
Data.gov.uk now presents the National Data Library, with thematic collections, a directory and data-management guidance.
Choose a collection such as transport, people or land to find related public data. The Directory remains the route into the original open-data listings, while the Data Manual covers government data work. The site uses Open Government Licence v3.0 with stated exceptions; a linked dataset still needs its own rights and coverage check.
