Hawaiʻi's State Data Office links open data with data-governance policies, training and public resources.
This is the State Data Office’s governance and guidance site. It explains responsibilities at state, department and dataset levels, links training and policy documents, and provides an Open Data route. Use that route to find published data; the strategy’s proposed capabilities are not descriptions of a demonstrated dataset viewer.
