What it does
HiBase DBF Converter exports DBF files into spreadsheet, SQL, XML, text, and other formats. It supports folder batches, field selection, visual filters, and command-line use.
Choose a DBF file or folder, select fields and preview filtered records before writing CSV, spreadsheets, SQL or other outputs. Folder batches process files in sequence; CSV options cover delimiters, quotes, sort/order and column selection, with CLI support for repeat work. A CSV append option adds records to an existing output, and an explicit export-all option includes deleted-marked records. Processing is local and does not require Excel/FoxPro/dBase for the documented Excel route. A 30-day trial is advertised there; the FAQ limits trial conversion to 50 records per DBF. Full licensing supports files over 2 GB and includes future upgrades.
