What it does
dBpoweramp Music Converter changes audio formats and includes batch selection, metadata tools, DSP effects, and desktop file-manager integration. Windows and Mac trials are available.
Select tracks in Explorer or Finder, choose Convert To, set an encoder and output naming, and convert. For a library batch, include or exclude folders and filter by file type, artist or album. DSP options can change sampling rate or normalize volume for the deliverable. Keep a lossless source when producing lossy listening copies.
The fully functional trial lasts 21 days. Command-line and COM scripting are documented for Windows; those automation routes should not be assumed for the Mac interface.
