What it does

DealHub connects guided quotes, approvals, digital deal rooms, contracts, subscriptions and billing. A quote moves through distinct internal and customer-facing states, so an approved offer remains separate from one the buyer has received. Platform pricing is available by request.

Configure products and prices in Draft. Save keeps the quote there; Make Primary identifies the main quote for the opportunity. Submit either starts the Approval Process or moves straight to Ready To Be Sent when approval is unnecessary. Partial approval leaves the quote waiting for the remaining decisions.

Internal readiness and customer access

Ready To Be Sent means the quote is prepared. Publish the DealRoom makes it visible to the buyer. Signing in the room, or marking an agreement Signed Externally, moves it to Won. Unpublish DealRoom returns a published quote to readiness for editing.

The distinction matters when reviewing a deal: internal approval alone does not show that the customer has received the offer.

Request Pricing starts the commercial enquiry, and staff use the account Login. Include the intended CRM, approval, contract and billing connections in the proposal so the selected scope follows the work after the quote.

Strengths

  • Quote states distinguish internal readiness from customer publication
  • The lifecycle records both in-platform and externally signed acceptance

Watch out for

  • Partial approval leaves a quote in review until the remaining approvals are completed

Best for

  • Revenue operations teams connecting governed quotes with customer acceptance and downstream execution
