What it does
Death to Stock offers original photographs and video through Brand and Agency memberships. Its library supports mood boards and creator following, with paid options to keep using selected visuals after a subscription ends.
Build a mood board around a visual direction, follow the creators whose work fits it and download the chosen assets through the member library. Brand membership covers one brand; Agency membership adds the route for client use. Both advertise unlimited high-resolution downloads and a 14-day trial.
The subscription acts as a rental of usage rights. For a brand’s own use, a separate purchase provides perpetual rights for a selected visual under the Extended licence. Agency-client continuation needs written confirmation because those terms also link it to membership termination. Ordinary membership rights end with the paid period after cancellation, so a long-running website placement needs that decision in advance. Television, film, products and broader print uses need particular licence attention.
Before relying on an exception for existing social posts after cancellation, obtain written confirmation: the marketing FAQ describes an exception that the formal removal terms do not repeat.
